Each wig in our shop has been carefully customized by hand to enhance its natural beauty and ensure a high-quality finish. This includes professional coloring, precision cutting, and additional volume enhancements where applicable. Due to this customization process, slight variations may occur between each unit, making your wig truly unique. Additionally, all wigs are styled for presentation, and results may vary depending on individual styling techniques. For longevity and best results, we recommend proper wig care and maintenance.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING:
Custom wigs will take 3-4 weeks to process after purchase. Once shipped, you will receive the tracking information.
EXCHANGES:
Although refunds are not available, exchanges will be considered under the following conditions:
Defective or incorrect wig received
Other reasons will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Not Eligible:
If the lace is cut
Hair has been altered or cap has been modified
The wig has been washed, cut, or styled with other products
If you qualify for an exchange, it will be valid only within 30 days from purchase if the lace is uncut.
